Alessandro del Ninno of Tonucci & Partners participated  as a speaker at the Conference “Human resources management during 2^nd Stage of COVID-19 emergency” which took place on 1^st and 2^nd July 2020, with a lecture focusing on data protection compliance while collecting employees’ personal health data for work restarting purposes. Particular emphasis has been dedicated to: instructions to the company’s authorized persons; implementation of social distancing app or bracelets as acquired by the employer; carrying out of epidemiological screening; management of new outbreaks discovered in the workplaces.
