The event will provide an opportunity for in-depth discussion and exchange of views on key legal, organisational and privacy implications accompanying the transformation of personnel management as candidate selection in the digital age, management of email and employer monitoring, as well usage of new technologies and Artificial Intelligence in HR processes.
Silvia Sardena, Alessandro Vasta, Lorenzo Zoppellari, Paola Elisabetta Pedretti and Aurelio Lonigo will attend as speakers on behalf of Tonucci & Partners, alongside representatives from academia, professional entities and entrepreneurship. The program will conclude with a round-table discussion by sharing experience and practical perspectives regarding new challenges that business and professionals are called upon to face.
