Cristina Mazzamauro, labor law expert and partner of Tonucci & Partners, was interviewed by Dire agency to clear up the legal aspects regarding the matter. “The code of ethics is a very important corporate compliance document which defines the conduct rules meant to meet and be respected for the entire duration of the employment contract. Its violation – points out the lawyer – can integrate a disciplinary profile which outcome can also lead to dismissal if the conduct, at the end of the disciplinary proceedings, is considered and judged by Mediaset to be inconsistent with the continuation of the working relationship”.
