A workshop regarding fundraising technical aspects took place on March 9^th. Several issues related to this kind of technique were discussed from legal and economic point of view, focusing on set up arrangements and governance structures as well as on the peculiarities and the advice necessary to manage interactions among key reference professionals during several steps that characterize a start-up foundation.
