RESEARCH PROJECT – Nicola Sandon of Tonucci & Partners has been awarded a research grant to carry out research activities at the Human Inspired Technology Research Centre (HIT) and the Department of Private Law and Legal Criticism of Padua Universityas part of a research project with regard to the development of an “ethical by design” algorithm, based on artificial intelligence, concerning clustering of human resources applications, which will be carried out under the scientific responsibility of Prof. Marco Zorzi and Prof. Claudia Sandei. Nicola Sandon will be in charge of legal profiles analysis related to the use of machine learning techniques in order to support recruitment activities regarding the application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the proposed European Regulation on Artificial Intelligence (A.I. Act).
