On September 17, 2020, Alessandro Del Ninno of Tonucci & Partners lectured on “Data protection fulfilments in implementing the digital document management processes” as part of the Conference organized by Paradigma S.p.A. regarding the new Guidelines enacted by AGID, into force as of September 11, 2020. The lecture deeply analyzed the relationship between GDPR, Italian Digital Administration Code and the new Guidelines enacted by AGID in light of the practical fulfilments to be carried out.
