The conference “Crisis: decide instead of enduring” which  took place on November 9^th 2023 in Venice, was sponsored by Venice and Rovigo Chamber of Commerce and Apindustria Servizi srl.

Silvia Sardena of Tonucci & Partners attended the event, focusing her speech on the possible tools that companies can adopt in crisis situations; in particular the business unit renting instrument and employees buyout.

Through a corporate crises analysis, deriving also from inadequate organizational, administration and accounting structures, two solutions that might help companies not to disperse their capital assets and face such crisis were presented.
