Next 18th November will begin the meetings of the Plenary’s Working Groups – gathering experts from business, academia, professions and civil society – entrusted, under the supervision of the AI Office, the EU Commission’s function, to draft the first Code of Practice on General purpose AI Models pursuant to art. 56 of the AI Act.
Alessandro Vasta, from Tonucci & Partners, as member of ASSODPO and delegate for CEDPO, the Confederation of European Data Protection Organizations, is attending Working Group 4, focused on the identification of policies and procedures to operationalise risk management in the internal governance of General purpose AI model providers, including processes to report, manage and document serious incidents and possible corrective measures.
