Tonucci & Partners, with a team made up of Gianluca Cambareri, Giuseppe Santarelli, and Eleonora Ieradi, advised the American fund Beckett Layne Ventures (BLV) in the transaction concerning the acquisition of 80% of A.C. Monza from Finanziaria d’Investimento – Fininvest.
Corrum Capital Management, a US fund specialized in sports financing, acted as funder in the acquisition of Brianza-based football club. Fininvest will remain club’s shareholder with a 20% stake, due to be transferred to BLV by June 2026.
