Following the doubts forwarded by the President of the Republic with regard to milleproroghe decree and after the recent decision of the Council of State declaring illegitimate the extension of the beach concessions launched by the Government, Gianluca Bocchino, partner of Tonucci & Partners and expert in maritime state property law, was interviewed by several newspapers in order to analyze the difficulties at the moment and the prospects concerning a reform action.
