Assisted by Tonucci & Partners, Ovindoli Municipality obtains ski facilities expansion.
In the appeal to the Council of State for obtaining the go-ahead to ski resorts expansion, Ovindoli Municipality was assisted by Tonucci & Partners with Piergiuseppe Venturella and a team made up of Giorgio Altieri, Gianluca Bocchino and Francesco Verrastro. By accepting the appeal of several environmental companies, Abruzzo Regional Administrative Court had previously enforced halt to ski area expansion process. The Council of State has completely reversed the previous TAR decision recognizing the legitimacy to the authorization measures issued by Abruzzo Region and to the procedures pursued by the Municipality of the well-known central Italy mountain resort.
