Rieti Court upheld the arguments advanced by the Public Prosecutor and the plaintiffs’ defence lawyers, among others, Ida Blasi of Tonucci & Partners, and sentenced all the defendants, jointly with the Municipality of Amatrice, ATER of Rieti Province and Lazio Region, to compensate for damages suffered by wounded people and the families of the victims of two buildings collapse that occurred after the earthquake of Amatrice on August 24th, 2016 due to non-compliance with the earthquake regulations.
