Alessandro Vasta and Marella Mazzei chaired a meeting regarding administrative responsibility of entities and the new regulations on whistleblowing at Padua headquarters of Building Contractors National Association (ANCE) on November 6^th.

The meeting focused on the opportunity for construction companies – as per their nature exposed to significant risks – to adopt effective 231 Models in order to protect themselves from possible sanctions and to improve their reputation and reliability in the market.

Particular attention was also paid to the innovations introduced by Legislative Decree 24/2023 regarding whistleblowing with the aim of helping companies understand the steps and measures to be implemented as by December 17th.
