“LIFE SCIENCES FOR SUSTAINABLE FUTURE” The event talked about TMCI Padovan, a company focused on R&D in the alimentary sector, and its collaboration with the University of Padua – Department of Biology and Tomas Morosinotto a Full Professor and PhD in Plant Physiology at UNIPD. Representing TMCI Padovan, Diana Simionato, R&D and Enrico De Zottis HR & Legal Dept intervened. Danilo Martucci and Carlo Scarpa of Tonucci & Partners talked about the legal aspects regarding patents and research contracts between individuals and universities, the rights of companies to scout for their employees and the professors’ rights within the university. The meeting was moderated by Paolo Gubitta, Deputy Director – Department of Economics and Business – University of Padua.
