2024 National Conference “Business continuity in Business Crisis Code era ” took place On Thursday 10 and Friday 11 October 2024, the was held in Ferrara, organized by the A.P.R.I. – Business Recovery Professionals’ Association.

In this context, Luca Calò of Tonucci & Partners chaired the round table “Negotiated settlement: its strong and weak points” which was attended by the sector professionals – in the presence of Prof. E. Altman – discussing the main characteristics , potential and critical issues related to the new legal institution introduced in Italy by the Business Crisis and Insolvency Code in light of the new corrective-ter, by pointing out the great negotiated settlement potentiality, as well as the necessity to refine some practical and regulatory aspects in order to improve it as an even more effective tool in corporate crisis management.
