SEMINAR – Tonucci & Partners with partner Alberto Fantini hosted some young law students coming from all over Italy in a training session set up as on legal case study pattern as part of three days Jus Seminar organized by RUI Foundation. The public and administrative law topic to be discussed referred to “Solidarity and Subsidiarity Principle: from age of rights to duties age. Subsidiarity principle facing modernity”. Two recent cases covered by State Council administrative judges and by Sicily Administrative Justice Council judges were the main topic of the discussion.
