Tonucci & Partners team, made up of Mario Tonucci, Giorgio Altieri e Alessia Capozzi, obtained the complete revision of Frosinone Court first instance on the case, recognizing the civil judge, and not the Court of Auditors, as relevant jurisdiction to handle the action for liability filed by Acqua & Terme Fiuggi against its managers.
