RCS MediaGroup sells 75% of RCS gaming to SportPesa.

SportPesa Group, first gaming operator in the African Continent, has taken over the majority parcel of shares of RCS Gaming. The transaction was arranged and supervised by Tonucci & Partners with the assistance of Quirino Mancini, buy-side legal & business advisor of the deal.
