Barry Callebaut took over D’Orsogna Dolciaria: the legal advisors.
Barry Callebaut, Swiss manufacturer, worldwide leader of high quality chocolate and cocoa products, which runs more than 50 productive plants distributed all over the world and employs about 10.000 employees, has taken over D’Orsogna Dolciaria, an Abruzzo native company specialized in alimentary products industry. During the deal, D’Orsogna Dolciaria was assisted by Alessandro Varrenti of Tonucci Partners.
