Tonucci & Partners assisted So.Se.PHARM, a Florio Group company, in the 100% sale of Fidia Specialty share capital to Fidia Farmaceutici. an international company operating in the research, development, and marketing of hyaluronic acid and derivatives products.

The acquisition will enable Florio Group to continue and hopefully increase production of the products involved in the transaction through its specialized companies: Special Products Line, specialized in the production of non-sterile pharmaceuticals, and Biomedica Foscama, a leading Italian company in the production of sterile pharmaceuticals.
