Tonucci & Partners hosted at its Rome office on March 9t 2026 a meeting as part of “Professional Appointments” rounds, promoted by Massimo Institution Alumni Association. The meeting focused on the Justice Reform as subject matter of the confirmatory referendum due to take place on March 22nd and 23rd , 2026.
The meeting provided an important opportunity to share some of the reform’s main aspects, articulated in a structured discussion that explored key issues such as the separation of careers, the new order of Judiciary Superior Council, the system for selecting its members and the establishment of the High Disciplinary Court.
The meeting was greeted by an introduction of Father Sandro Barlone SJ, professor emeritus of Theology Faculty at the Pontifical Gregorian University.
