Tonucci & Partners assisted Collegio Don Nicola Mazza, a well-known religious institution operating in Padua, Verona and Rome, in the transaction that led to the agreement concerning the management of Marianum University Residence, a historic Paduan facility with 90 accommodations.

Due to this agreement, supported also by Diocese and Padua University, the residence closure was avoided and Collegio Mazza’s presence in the area is furtherly consolidated.
