COMP.SYS JOINS ALTEA ECOSYSTEM.
Comp.Sys S.r.l. – an Italian company founded in 1992 and specialized in consulting services, positioning itself as a systems integrator, solution partner and managed service provider primarily in public sector – joins Altea Federation ecosystem, an Italian group, leader in digital transformation for over 30 years.
Tonucci & Partners acted as legal advisor to Comp.Sys S.r.l. with a team led by Gianluca Cambareri and made up of Giuseppe Santarelli and Eleonora Ieradi.
The transaction is part of Altea’s strategic strengthening presence in the public sector, consistent with the industrial vision supported by Chequers Capital, a pan-European fund already Group’s reference shareholder.
