Valentina Guzzanti of Tonucci & Partners attended as a teacher the updating course for corporate crisis managers, set up by Frosinone Bar Association on February 3rd, 2025.
In her speech, Valentina Guzzanti explored tax transactions function in corporate crisis procedures. While paying particular attention to the contribution of the crisis manager in preparing the proposal and in negotiating with the Revenue Agency, she highlighted the difficulties related to the approval aspects of the potential agreement. The main legislative guidelines and operational critical issues were also examined, including several inflexible approaches by the financial management and the liability risk for corporate bodies.
The meeting provided participants with practical tools to address tax issues in corporate crises, useful for improving tax debt management by focusing on a consolidated recovery.
