Piergiorgio Sposato and Luca Pietrantuono of Tonucci & Partners assisted the sole shareholder In Holding and the management of Infordata – a company operating in the development of software meant for company procedures automation – in its acquisition by Digital Value, reference operator in ICT sector concerning public and private sector in Italy, listed on Euronext Milan section.
Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici assisted, instead, Digital Value in the acquisition of the entire Infordata share capital with regard to M&A and corporate law aspects.
