Roca Group, a Spanish multinational dealing with the design, production and marketing of bathroom fittings, has acquired Idral S.p.A., an Italian manufacturer of over 50 years of experience in taps and fittings market meant for public areas.
Tonucci & Partners, with Andrea Marchetti and Valentina Ladislao, assisted Idral S.p.A. and partners while Roca Group was assisted by Baker McKenzie.
