Has been working at Tonucci & Partners since 2022. Previously he was founder of his own law firm and “Of Cousel” of a leading law firm. He has assisted and assists leading companies in the “Real Estate” sector and has significant experience in transactions involving the acquisition or disposal of large real estate complexes. He has assisted and assists leading companies in M&A transactions. He has assisted and assists “Small and Medium – sized Enterprises”, as legal advisor in internationalisation projects. He cooperates with leading training schools for education on contractual matters. He is author of several publications and cooperates with Ipsoa -Wolters Kluwer.
