Tonucci & Partners multidisciplinary team made up of partners Alberto Fantini, Luca Spaziani, Benedetto Blasi and the associate Giuseppe De Gregorio advised Nea Ostia Rugby A.S.D. during the tender brought forth by Rome Municipality with regard to “Giannattasio Stadium” granting (ex Stella Polare Stadium) worth over 1.000.000,00 € for a six years period. Tonucci & Partners team also successfully assisted Nea Ostia Rugby A.S.D. before Lazio Regional Administrative Court in Rome, concerning the litigation advanced by another participant to the tender which led to decision no. 13384 dated December 23rd , 2021.
