Fincantieri acquires two going concerns from Inso. Tonucci & Partners obtains merger control clearance.
Tonucci & Partners with a team coordinated by Giorgio Alù Saffi, and made up of Giovanni M. Pallone, Neritan Kallfa e Filiberto M. Zavarese obtained the merger control clearance in Italy, Malta and Albania on behalf of Fincantieri Infrastructure which acquires two going concerns from Inso –Sistemi per le Infrastrutture Sociali, active in design and construction of hospitals and facility management.
