TONUCCI & PARTNERS AND PEPE – BRUNO WIN BEFORE COUNCIL OF STATE ON JURISDICTION MATTER REGARDING PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT.
Tonucci & Partners, with partners Alberto Fantini and Luca Spaziani and associate Silvia Ciarallo, jointly with Antonio Bruno of Studio Pepe-Bruno, assisted the former General Manager of COFASER in the appeal filed before the Italian Council of State on jurisdiction matter between the administrative judge and civil judge on macro-organization measures in public employment. The appeal against the judgment of the Campania Regional Administrative Court, which had formerly denied the jurisdiction of the Administrative Judge, was upheld.
