Tonucci & Partners obtained an emergency stay order before TAR Lazio against the Customs Agency and Monopolies (ADM).
Tonucci & Partners represented by Partners Quirino Mancini, Alberto Fantini and Luca Spaziani obtained on 3 October an emergency stay order (decree no. 6162/2020) granted by the central administrative court (TAR Lazio) against the Customs Agency and Monopolies (ADM) communication whereby ADM had notified Sportpesa about the alleged expiry of its gaming licence.
