We  began our  professional activity in Bucharest on 2001 and we are now member of the Board of Directors of the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Romania, as well as of Bucharest Territorial Office of Confindustria Romania, in addition to being advisor of Italian and foreign institutions operating in Romania.

Our local team is made up of a well steady team of Romanian and Italian lawyers, as well as of qualified staff, providing thus a combination of cross – border significant international experience and assistance with in-depth knowledge of the Romanian market and of the international dynamics.

Our lawyers work fluently in Romanian, English, Italian, French, Spanish and Albanian.

Due to a constant commitment, we  have been often short-listed by European Union and Eastern Europe institutions for international projects with reference to the privatization of assets and properties owned by the State and for the harmonization of national legislation to European Union principles, as well as to drafting reforma studies concerning economic and sector regulations.
