He has been working at Tonucci & Partners since 2015.
Previously, worked with first ranking Italian and foreign Law Firms.
Has been legal advisor for the FFSS Group, on behalf of the Ministry of Economics.
Has been legal counsel for the European Social Fund.
He closely follows the new frontiers of the energy transition — agrivoltaics, floating photovoltaics (onshore and offshore) and battery energy storage systems (BESS) — and their integration with electric mobility. In this field, he collaborates with Solida Renewables and Bureau Veritas on the development of regulatory and certification models for renewable energy plants, and is a member of the expert group of AssoAERO (the Italian Association for Offshore Renewable Energy), for which he authored the legal section of the Position Paper on offshore floating PV.
He also contributes, at international level, to the United Nations (UNECE) task force on European e-mobility.

Law Degree, University of Rome – “La Sapienza” (1998). Post-graduate Specialization Course “A.C. Jemolo” (1999). Course “R. Schuman” promoted by the “Ecòle de formation du Barreau de Paris” and by the “Cercle des Comparatistes Droit Finance” (2000).
