He has been working at Tonucci & Partners since 2009.
He previously worked for renowned international law firms in Italy.
He serves Clients before the European Commission and the National Competition Authorities, in particular the Italian one (AGCM), in investigation proceedings concerning cartels, abuse of dominant position, concentrations, and misleading advertising. He also assists Clients in the appeal proceedings against the decisions of the said Authorities and in the civil actions concerning redress for antitrust infringements.
Guest Lecturer in EU Competition Law – VU University Amsterdam (2007 – 2015).
