He has been working at Tonucci & Partners since 2009.
He previously worked for renowned international law firms in Italy. He serves Clients before the European Commission and the National Competition Authorities, in particular the Italian one (AGCM), in investigation proceedings concerning cartels, abuse of dominant position, concentrations, and misleading advertising.
He also assists Clients before domestic and European Courts in the appeal against the decisions of the aforementioned Authorities and in the civil actions concerning redress for antitrust infringements.
