She has been working at the Firm since 2000.
She has assisted foreign and local clients operating especially in oil, gas and mining sector as well as telecommunications industry in Albania in transactions related with the sale and purchase of the real estate and operational assets as well as the assessment and negotiation of the regulatory issues with the Albanian competent authorities, real estate acquisition and consultation on any relevant legislative issues.
Legal Advisor to the Minister of Culture Youth and Sports of Albania (1998-2000). Has provided legal assistance especially with regard to the new legal framework of Copyright law in Albania and represented the Albanian Government with regard to Copyright Law in the negotiations held with WTO for purposes of the accession of Albania with this organization.
She has provided expertise to the Albanian government authorities with regard to the harmonization of National Legislation with the international intellectual property law.
She has Provided legal assistance to the Albanian Patent and Trademark Directorate for specific industrial property legal related issues.
Lecturer on Intellectual Property Law course part of the Law Program of University of New York Tirana (since 2013).
