Tax Decree 2020 – new tax penalties.
Article 39 of Legislative Decree no. 124/2019 (as converted by Law no. 157/2019) has brought forward a significant sharpening increase of the main penalties governed by Legislative Decree no. 74/2000 with regard to criminal tax conducts.
