Why do we process your data

The data you are providing us with, by the registration to our newsletter (e-mail address) are necessary to contact you and to keep you updated on the major judicial/legislative news regarding the areas of practices of the Firm.

The processing of your data will be based on the consent you grant us with (according to section 6, par. 1, lett. a) of the Regulation). You can freely withdraw your consent at any time, even by simply using the link present in our newsletters or by sending an e-mail to: info@tonucci.com.

How we process your data

Your data will be processed by computer means to contact you and send you our newsletter.

Your data will be processed in compliance with the legislation in force and, in any case, in a way that ensures its safety, confidentiality and prevents unauthorized dissemination or use, falsification or destruction.

For how long do we store your data

Your data will be processed for the entire duration of your registration to the newsletter service of the web site www.tonucci.com or, in any case, until you will withdraw your consent; thereafter, the data will be destroyed or anonymized.

Who processes your data?

Your data will not be disseminated.  In order to allow you to receive our newsletter, your data may come to the knowledge of Firm’s employees or professionals authorize to manage the web Site.

What are your rights

  • obtaining the restriction of processing the personal data that concerns you;
  • being informed of any rectifications or erasures or restrictions of processing in relation to the personal data that concerns you;
  • receiving in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data that concerns you;
  • objecting at any time, on grounds associated with your specific situation, to the processing of the personal data that concerns you.
