Optionality of the so called data conferral
Aside from what has been specified for the browsing data, the user is always free to provide its personal data for the scope for which one connects to the Portal (on-line legal consultancy, request of information through the filling out of a form, registration to the Newsletters service , etc). However, the failure to confer data may in some cases cause the impossibility to obtain what has been requested.
Modalities of treatment
